1. General Return Policy
Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
Valid return reasons may include:
- The product was defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product specification does not match your order.
- The product is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and unworn.
- All accessories, charging cables, packaging, manuals, and documents must be included.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or different from the description, you must provide photos or videos as supporting evidence.
- You must contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
If your return request is approved, you will have 7 calendar days to return the product to the return address provided by our support team.
2. European Union / EEA Customers
For customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, unless an exception under applicable law applies.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all accessories and packaging. Unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Size and Color Exchanges
If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and you would like a different size or color, we recommend submitting a return request and placing a new order.
You are responsible for all return-related costs unless the return is caused by a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us.
4. Ring Sizing Kit
The ring sizing kit is a consumable item and is not eligible for return or refund.
If you cancel your order after the ring sizing kit has already been shipped, a USD $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is caused by our error.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
