Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China and are usually processed within 2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Estimated total delivery times, including order processing and international transit, are:

  • United States: 11–14 business days

  • European destinations: 11–18 business days

  • Japan: 7–14 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather, remote delivery locations, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

EysRing offers free standard shipping to all countries and regions currently available at checkout. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-specific charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Eligible EysRing products purchased directly through eysring.com are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. EysRing products may connect with the QRing App or other third-party services. The QRing App is currently not operated by Shenzhen Cheyuansu Industrial Co., Ltd.
